First of All Open Your Youtube Account.Then go to Channel and Then Click on 'Stats and Features' Then in States and Features. You see that Monetization Box Below it is Disabled Beacuse You Have not Created Your Channel. Example-

• Create Your Channel. Then Click on 'Enable Monetization'  then this Dialog Option is Appear. See Below for Example-

Then this Dialog Box Will appear "Enable Account For Monetization" See Below-

• Click on I Have Read Terms and Conditions and Click on "I ACCEPT".

• Then Upload Any Unique Video that is Specially Made By You.

• Now the Main Point is Come-- Read Carefully-

• After Uploading Your Unique Video. Again Click on "Channel" Then Go  to 'Stats and Features'. Then Click on "View Monetization Setting".

• When You Click on View Monetization Setting then This Dialog Box Will Appear.

           Then Click on How Will Be Paid? See Below

Then Click on "Associate an Adsense Account". See Below- 

after You Click on That a New Dialog Box Will Appear. Then Click On Next. See Below--

• When You Click on NEXT Then You Will Redirected to Adsense Registration Page. Then Click on Proceed to Google Account Sign in See Below -

• Then Log-in Through Your Email and Then You WIll Redirected to Registration Page as You See Below-

• Then Click on Continue. and Fill Your Original Details on While Filling Adsense Form. Then after 2 or 24 Hours Check Your Email then You Will Get Confirmation Message.

• NOTE : If You Filling Fake Information Then they Will Track You and Banned Your Account. Dont Be Smart to Adsense Because They are Much Smarter Than You.
